Some pictures of a trip to Paracas :
This is the 'Candelabra', a figure carved out in the rock in Paracas. Nobody knows who made it, it was there when the Spanish arrived
Another picture of the Candelabra, you can see better how big it is
Self portrait with pelicans
These is Ballestas island, a bird and wildlife sanctuary just off the coast of Paracas
As you can see, they are are caves all over the place.
It's full of sealions
Vultures can be seen as well. These were eating a sealion pup
Sea lions
A sea lion's life can be so sweet
Chilling on the rocks
The black spot is birds, birds and more birds
These guys were fishing. The white stuff is the famed guano.
A flock of sea lions following the boat
A bull manifesting himself
Another bull, amongst the crowd now
The beach was crowded
This is the Cathedral rock formation, a bit the symbol of Paracas. Update : apparantly this did not survive the earthquake in 2008
Annoying fat bloke again, he tried to get into every picture
